Client: International Service Organization (ISS) 

In partnership with the Canadian Tourism Human Resouce Council, SSG worked with Hong Kong-based International Service Alliance (ISA) and its susidiary International Service Solutions (ISS) to deliver standards-based training to ISS instructional staff. ISA and ISS provide in-depth professional training for the hospitality, tourism and retail industries in China, Hong Kong SAR, Macao and Vietnam.

SSG was instrumental in the development of an agreement between the Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council and the ISA to provide CTHRC national occupational standards, training and assessment tools for a variety of tourism occupations. ISA will offer locally adapted, translated versions of CTHRC training resources to increase employee skills in these fast-growing Asian markets.
