Training

We develop and deliver a variety of training resources and programs.  Learning opportunities are available for individuals and teams. Our involvement can vary from developing and implementing a program to providing specific expertise and materials. All programs and resources can be tailored to meet client's needs. 

SSG offers:

• occupation-specific evaluator training.

• learning resources that are designed to appeal to all types of adult learners, promote self-learning and engage the learner through exploration. Our approach emphasizes innovation and creativity, and includes a variety of ways to measure progress. Learners will find our materials easy to use, relevant to their situation and practical.
• learning related to developing a business, identifying key service gaps in organizations and implementing practices that ensure a customer-driven operation. 
• a wide range of resources available to assist workplace supervisors in gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to become effective trainers, coaches and mentors.
